  • Non-Alcoholic Mojito Recipe

    Ingredients:

    • 1 lemon
    • 8-10 fresh mint leaves
    • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
    • Soda water or Sprite

    Instructions:

    1. Cut the lemon into 6 equal pieces and set aside 4 pieces.
    2. Dice 2 pieces of lemon into large cubes.
    3. Place the diced lemons into a wide-mouthed large glass.
    4. Add brown sugar and mint leaves to the glass, then gently muddle.
    5. Fill the glass with crushed ice until there’s a 1 cm gap from the top.
    6. Pour soda water (or Sprite, as desired) into the remaining space in the glass.
    7. Stir thoroughly and garnish with mint and lemon pieces.
    8. Your non-alcoholic Mojito is ready to be served.
