American Rose Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 oz. Brandy
• 1/2 tsp. Pernod Absinthe
• 1 tsp. Grenadine
• 1/2 Peach (Fresh, peeled, and mashed)
• Champagne (or sparkling wine)

Instructions:

1. Shake the ingredients (excluding Champagne) and strain into a chilled white wine glass.
2. Top with Champagne and garnish with a peach slice.
