Ingredients:

  • 1¼ oz
  • 1¼ oz liqueur
  • 4 dashes chocolate bitters (optional)
  • 2 oz whipped cream
  • ½ oz cinnamon syrup

Method:

Fill a small rocks glass with ice. Also, in an ice-filled stainless steel shaker, add the first 3 ingredients. Shake vigorously and strain over the prepared rocks glass.

Now, for the fun part: take the whipped cream and cinnamon syrup, along with 3 small ice cubes, and place them in a mixing glass with a wire mesh strainer. Shake with intent for 60 seconds and pour over the awaiting drink.

Garnish with a dusting of hot chocolate powder.
