Ingredients
- 1 Banana
- 2 large balls of vanilla ice cream
- 1 Natural yogurt, preferably brewed
Preparation steps
- Add the yogurt, sliced banana and vanilla ice cream balls to a blender.
- Mix for one minute at low power.
- Then, 1 minute 30 at high power.
- Cover and keep cool for at least 3 hours.
- Serve in shake glasses.
