Directions

1. Combine gin, cherry liqueur, gomme syrup and lemon juice in a shaker with ice. Shake for 10-20 seconds.
2. Muddle mint leaves into the bottom of a glass. Add ice and strain mixture into the glass.  
3. Garnish with a lemon wedge or mint leaves.
