Ingredients:
- 1 cup of hot milk

I’ve shared a recipe for frothy milk coffee before, but its name in cafes is frappe. However, I prefer using understandable terms, so I named it “frothy milk coffee.” 😌☕️ But the name for this recipe is Latte Macchiato. The difference lies in the softer froth created by whipping the milk, making it less dense and more delicately flavored. ☕️ This coffee involves frothing the milk, and I used a French press for frothing. You can find these at kitchenware stores, usually priced around 5-10 usd. Be cautious of the filter not reaching the bottom of the cup in some models. Also, they come in different sizes; I chose a larger one due to having a big family. I’ll add its picture to the photo section later; it’s excellent for frothing. 👍🏻
- Put the desired amount of sugar (I used 1 teaspoon) into a cup of hot milk.
- Close the lid of the French press and move it up and down a few times; this is enough for frothing. The milk expands incredibly in 15-20 seconds.
- Quickly pour it into your cup. The crucial point here is not to rush when adding the coffee mixed with water.
- Wait for 1-2 minutes for the milk and coffee froth to settle, ensuring a three-layered perfect appearance.
- Slowly pour the coffee, which is mixed with hot water, into the milk from the middle of the froth.
- Your three-layered coffee with frothy milk is ready. You can add cinnamon, chocolate sauce, etc., on top. Enjoy your coffee! 😊☕️
