Non-Alcoholic Mojito Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 lemon
- 8-10 fresh mint leaves
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- Soda water or Sprite
Instructions:
- Cut the lemon into 6 equal pieces and set aside 4 pieces.
- Dice 2 pieces of lemon into large cubes.
- Place the diced lemons into a wide-mouthed large glass.
- Add brown sugar and mint leaves to the glass, then gently muddle.
- Fill the glass with crushed ice until there’s a 1 cm gap from the top.
- Pour soda water (or Sprite, as desired) into the remaining space in the glass.
- Stir thoroughly and garnish with mint and lemon pieces.
- Your non-alcoholic Mojito is ready to be served.
