Ingredients

  • 15g of cane sugar
  • 3 sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • 250ml of fresh grapefruit juice
  • 150ml of sparkling lemonade
  • 150ml of mineral water
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 grapefruit slice for garnish

Preparation steps

  1. Place 150ml of mineral water and 15g of cane sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  2. Once the sugar is dissolved, add 3 sprigs of fresh rosemary to the saucepan. Turn off the heat and let it steep for about 5 minutes.
  3. Allow the rosemary syrup to cool to room temperature. Once cooled, remove the rosemary sprigs.
  4. Place some ice cubes in a large pitcher or carafe to prepare the drink.
  5. Then, pour 250ml of fresh grapefruit juice into the pitcher.
  6. Incorporate 3 tablespoons of infused rosemary syrup into the mixture. Stir well to combine the ingredients.
  7. Complete with 150ml of sparkling lemonade, adding an effervescent dimension to your cocktail.
  8. Gently stir everything with a tablespoon.
  9. Serve immediately in cocktail glasses, garnishing each glass with a slice of grapefruit for the final touch.
