The Gin Fizz Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
- 60ml Gin
- 20ml Lemon Juice
- 10ml Gomme Syrup
- 1 Egg White
- Soda to Top
- Optional: Garnish with a twist of Lemon
Directions
- Place the Gin, Lemon Juice, Gomme Syrup and Egg White in a cocktail shaker. Shake for 15 seconds.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake for 30 seconds until cold.
- Strain the drink into a glass and top with the soda water.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
