“If you love tequila and want to try different flavors, this one’s for you. This hot, spicy, and romantic tequila cocktail:

Ingredients:
– 355 ml Whole Milk
– 2 tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
– 60 ml Unsweetened Chocolate, chopped
– 30 ml Brown Sugar
– 1 Star Anise
– 1 Vanilla Bean, split into two halves
– A pinch of Red Pepper and Salt
– 75 ml Tequila
– 15 ml Ancho Chili Liqueur

For garnish: orange peel and cocoa powder

Instructions:
1. In a saucepan over medium heat, add milk, cocoa powder, and chopped chocolate. Stir and cook until the chocolate is melted.
2. Add sugar, star anise, vanilla bean, red pepper, and salt. Reduce the heat and simmer for about 10 minutes.
3. Strain the mixture into two glasses, adding 1.25 ounces of tequila and 0.25 ounces of Ancho Reyes to each.
4. Stir and garnish with orange curls and a pinch of cocoa powder.”

Combine the first four ingredients in a punch bowl and add large ice cubes.

Top up with Champagne and soda.

Garnish with grapefruit slices and sprigs of rosemary.

* Rosemary-infused Aperol: Place 4 sprigs of rosemary into a 750 ml Aperol bottle and let it sit at room temperature for 6 hours, then strain out the herbs.”
